Still under development but is developing very fast. Area is very beautiful with a great view. House prices are comparatively affordable that can give you a number of choices regarding plot and building sizes. Main shopping centre is not very far and of reasonable size.

The Area around Boronia Ave and Callistemon place is an overgrown parcel of land with nothing happening there for nearly 2 years, the estate is littered with cars parked on nature strips and unkempt gardens..the top entrance of the estate is neat, the rest is not..!!

Great subdivision. There are lots of new blocks up on the hill that will have a nice view. Some nice paths and parks as well.

Has been in the estate for almost 3 years.Developer very lazy in keeping the grassland towards Grevillea Court neat and tidy especially now its coming up to snake season and fire season. Grassland also caught on fire last year it was that ferocious it made national news.I've left voice mail requesting them to organise mowing however I never got a phone call back.I have decided to revise my review as I have seen the grassland getting the proper cut it so badly needed today.And thank you for replying to my review and I can assure you that my original review was not solely my opinion but also other people in the court that felt the same way.Great timing with the covid restriction lifted in regional and playground reopen and we can finally enjoy that beautiful view without the unsightly view of tall grass.And here's hoping the mower would've scared all the snakes off.

Michelle provided us with all relevant information and didn't hesitate to answer our questions as first home buyers in a timely manner. She was lovely to speak to. I highly recommend her :)

Amazing panoramic views from this estate. They are still selling land these days. And we had an amazing experience with the sales people.

Nice estate to live in but i think they should seriously invest in some speed humps either side of the bridge. The amount of cars that go hooning up and down the boulevard nightly is ridiculous. And the amount of dogs barking all throughout the day and night is out of control.

Michelle has been amazing from the first meeting. She has gone above and beyond answering any questions. Being first home owners, my husband and I have been quite nervous. Michelle made the process so smooth and reassured us along the way. She sent constant updates about our stage and made sure we had access to all relevant information. Michelle also spoke directly with our builder to ensure the next stage of our dream home is smooth. I could not recommend Michelle, and of course the beautiful estate, high enough. Dealing with John Pickham, the estate manager, has been an absolute pleasure. I actually don't know how he's been able to respond so quickly to all the questions and requests I've thrown his way. I've actually taken some lessons from his interactions, and started to apply it to how I deal with my customers. PS, I work in a completely different industry.
