Simmonds Heating and Cooling did my split system warranty work on behalf of Bonaire; very quick, professional, courteous and worked in extreme weather conditions (40+ on a tin roof then again at 7am in the rain) without complaints. All is well regarding my air conditioner now; thank you so much!

These guys replaced my old Evap aircon last year. Decent price, but they had trouble getting the unit to work on the day and ended up very rushed. This led to me writing them the followingI was up on my roof again today and was very disappointed with the way that your technicians left the worksite here. On the day itself I spent a fair bit of time picking up plastic and foam from around my property and even neighbour’s yards. Today

Had Simmonds out to service and clean a gas heater that was not working properly. 1.5 months later had the same issue and was recommended to replace 2 parts at a cost of $1400 (would not have fixed the problem and was just guessing at a solution). Called another company who came out and had to service and clean the heater again as it had not been done properly the 1st time (caked with dust seen in pics). Had to send 2 emails to get a response regarding their workmanship and was basically told their gas tech had done a good job. The cost of their service was also about $100 more. Look around you can do better!I just also wish to address the owner's response below as it really demonstrates how Sarah will take no responsibility for her employee's poor work. The heater was not working shortly after their service/ clean out due to a large amount of dust that was left in the unit instead of being cleaned out properly, clearly seen in the pictures. This is even after being sent the photos and the clear fact of needing it serviced after 1.5 months (instead of the recommended 2 years), which you would think would raise some doubt about the quality of service provided.She states that she has offered a solution but as she has consistently denied any responsibility and that a good job was done, the best solution in my case was to get another company in to do the job properly.I also would like to address the unprofessional way Sarah has responded to my review by stating we feel for any tradies that come across you in the future" . Simmonds saves the day again. Thank you for fixing our Evap AC under warranty, even though you did not originally install it! It goes to show how Mark and his team truly try to help people to achieve the best outcome, rather than just hunt for the dollars. This applies to sales as much as delivery, well done and thank you to the whole team.

We purchased a new reverse cycle air con to replace our evap unit. Simmonds arranged the removal, install and trades to repair, patch and paint. ALL trades on site for 2 full days were spectacular, respectful and clean. I highly recommend!!!!

From the day of installation of my Actron Split room a/c we have been very pleased with the staff and the effectiveness of the wall unit. Very quiet inside and out, with great Ozzie performance. Recently scheduled a routine maintenance service and all ok. The representative was online to the very minute. I had never experienced this previously from other services. Great team and service. Please keep this up.

I spoke to Adam early in the new year regarding a quote for 2 x Reverse Cycle Split Systems of which he was extremely helpful. He advised he could inspect the property within 2 days and potentially install within 2 weeks. Being early in the new year and with most companies flat out I was expecting to wait at least a month. Site inspection was completed with a few suggestions, quote finalised and advised the install could occur the following Thursday..Tom & Taylor were the installers, arrived on time, the foreman came to run through the job. All completed by lunchtime. The guys were professional & fantastic and they cleaned up like no-one had been there.Overall experience is that all staff at Simmonds are very professional, excellent workmanship, prices were good and would highly recommend this local family business.

What a great group of men that worked at our place! It was refreshing to see a bunch of respectful young men working hard, efficient, and clean. I also appreciated the fact that they didn’t use fowl language. I will recommend Simmonds to anyone I know that is interested in having a system installed or repaired.
