Awful. Trying to get served is an absolute nightmare. No system for who is next to be assisted results in massive frustration for everyone looking around and scratching to find someone available to assist. Harvey Norman will be an absolute last resort in future. Good Guys here I come.

Harvey Norman Ballina is a fantastic store. It stocks a broad range of furniture and many brands. The store also has an extensive range of electronics and white goods etc.Staff are friendly and helpful. The store personnel were also extremely helpful to me when I was hospitalised. They were efficient in delivering essential items to me and I remain most grateful towards the company and the local staff.

Tim from Techbay at Harvey Norman Ballina is a brilliant tech he has excellent customer service and lots of product knowledge. I bought a new phone recently and all the staff were very helpful but Tim stood out with his patience and persistence in transferring all my data to my new phone which was not an easy job as it had been water damaged and data was going crazy. He was very polite, professional and customer focused a wonderful addition to the Harvey Norman Team in Ballina. Thankyou once again.

They helped my brother and I return a faulty product that was purchased online. They did their best as the store it came from was in Sydney (different regions can prove to be difficult). However they were able to successfully refund.The staff there were fantastic. Each department within the store I went to a staff member came and asked me if I needed any assistance. Very friendly staff.I'd love this fridge. Would be a fantastic thing to get after loosing everything in a house fire. I know where I will be going to replace my household items.

The staff were disinterested in serving my mother and myself. Had to wait ages for any shop keeper assistance and then when we did get it, they weren't knowledgeable at all about the products they sell and just read us the soecs from the box (plot twist: I too can read; I was looking for advice on which of the multiple options would work best for our needs.) Left without making a purchase.

Great variety of goods on offer, all staff I've dealt with over many years are very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable in the products they are selling and if they dont know they find out so you are given the correct product information.
