I drive all the way from modbury, Sara is amazing but unfortunately today she wasn't there, the girl could not get my vein, i don't understand how Sara gets it on first attempt and others don't even bother to try, fasting and long drive for nothing, put more competitive staff.

First time i am visiting this place and had very bad experience with long wait times. The staff are very slow and had to wait to get to my turn. The one in the city clinic is very quick and good response team

Absolute worst experience!!! They had to take my blood 3 times because they lost the previous bloods or they are just incompetent. Because of this I missed out on having serious MS treatment and I didn’t get my bloods back .. and it had to be postponed… this is a serious issue and it affects peoples lives!! Cannot stress enough the severity of the situation

complete waste of time as the computer system they use is not working and apparently has not worked for at least a month. Very frustrating that they don't value the customer enough to bother to fix the issue

First time to had bloods taken here and I regret it.Results were never received by the doctor. Tried to call them several times, no answer. Tried to lodge enquiry online, no feedback.I will never go back here and will not recommend it. I will stick with Clinpath. They accept all pathology forms anyway.

I'm terrified of needles and blood, but the lady was super calm and very kind. She was very gentle and spoke to me while taking the blood to distract me. The place was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for making my phobia a comparatively pleasant experience!

Friendly staff; building is quite old and front windows could do with a clean. I very much wanted to clean them, but refrained. :-D
