This morning I took a tyre there which had a nail in it, asked the receptionist that how long does it take to get fixed, she said 40 minutes, I kindly asked if it is possible to have it done faster?A male from another room replies no take it somewhere else I don't do fast work here, I said 40 minutes is fine, he responded no I don't do it, take it somewhere else.Imagine if you were a tourist and this was the only tyre place available in the town.Very disturbing behaviour

Disgraceful attitudes , very rude people, abused and swore at a volunteers Discraful attitudes and behaviour. Since this occurred yesterday I have had 11 messages about people who will not attend there business ever again over problems they have had with attitude and and rudeness, and reading all these reviews I see why

They are so rude here that my husband thought they were joking and then realised they weren't. My husband put his foot under the plastic chain to put his glasses in his car and was sworn at by one guy and then chastised by the 'customer service' girl. Sounds like it happens a bit. Would suggest they make their signage clearer if it's an issue rather than abuse their customers. Disgraceful!

Absolutely would not recommend this business, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and didn’t want to hear a word we had to say, also made us feel worthless and degraded, didn’t want to take our money for a simple valve change stating “ you obviously need money more then we do” which we were happy to pay in the $10 qouted in the beginning. they have a waiting room got there a bit early as I had nobody to pick me up said I would wait ask if I could used there toilet they said no , (looks like my money goes out of town next time)(why do they have a waiting room) I noticed the chairs weren't taped off)

Staff especially the receptionist was rude, unhelpful, unconsiderate. She succesfully made me feel low for coming over and try to get some consultation, hence cancelled my appointment. And guess what? She felt so righteous doing that.
