As a licensed builder I placed my trust in Tile Rescue Squad to refresh the tiled floors throughout my home which included cleaning /revealing grout and caulking perimeter walls/floorsSteve and his offsider did an amazing job.They were both efficient, courteous. Steve has a great eye for detail so as to ensure we were given a perfect finish.A great investment to anyones home. Our house feels new again.Thanks Steve and thanks Tile Rescue Job

Steve was very professional and got the job done quickly.We are very happy with the tile re-grouting completed in our bathroom. It is better described as a grout upgrade. Steve did a good job replacing some worn and damaged tiles for us after explaining that it wasn't normally what he does.

the work was completed in a short time and was a very well done job,the end result was very professional and the job was cleaned up after the work was completed which left our shower looking as new again. i am please with the result and will be happy to recommend this service to others

Steve cleaned our outdoor limestone tiles and sandstone walls, as well as replacing tiles that had fallen off or lifted up. He did a great job, all looks fantastic. We had hoped to get this done in time for a 21st birthday party and he came through despite the never ending rain! Would highly recommend

Steve was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable, efficient, prompt and professional. Our shower and bathroom has been rejuvenated - broken tiles replaced, shower regrouted, the bathroom looks fresh and bright. Great job!

Steve booked me in for 3 days. I took the time off work for 3 days. He came thr 1st day and did do a full days work .. 2nd day Steve sent his worker in for a hour then he showed up an hour later after his worker. He did no work, he was on the phone the entire time. He seemed like he was very in a rush to move onto his next job. He left 1 hour later on his 2nd day telling me that his girlfriend is coming back to the country and needed to go. I was left with such a mess to clean. He quoted me on . . .1 - Full turbo clean of all floor tiles and grout using premium Tile Rescue cleaning solution appropriate.. the floors where filthy & dirty.. I had to get a cleaner in after he left the job on the 2nd day costing me $450 to fully turbo and clean the tiles.2 - Repair grout joints as required Repair of loose and drumming tiles. . . I have cracks in my joints - they were no filled in correctly and my tiles where NOT repaired as he promised me he will do.3 - Polish tiles to finish using a high-speed buffing machine Apply flexible seal to perimeter skirting boards. . . Yes tiles where polished but the tiles had stains, dirty, blotches of grout everywhere. It was raining over the 1 day and 1 hour of work, black shoe marks all over the place.I was available for the 3 days so he could finish off the job but he was just wanting to move onto his next to job not a care in the world.My furniture was moved and taken apart by Steve. I had a wonky bed that was missing a few screws that Steve did not put back together. A handy man was able to fix this issue for me. Most of my furniture has dirty finger markings. My leather lounges have stains, fingers marks and perm grout marks that I had to get a cleaner to try & remove. The walls were left with dust and I founds scratches and dents that where caused from machinery and furniture placement/moving.I am very upset with the service and quality of Steven workmanship.He was to busy to book me in straight away to finish off the job and now is threatening legal action against me and wants full payment for a job that is not finished!Steve claims that he just need 1 hour to finish the job. I dont understand why he couldn't finish it off as agreed within the 3 days!!!I am horrified to have him back after so long now. Everyday I find more & more faults in his workmanship (cracks and splits in grouts). I am now on the hunt for someone to finish off what he started now costing me so much more.
