Our family cannot speak more highly of the Team @ Good Bye Good Boy with regards to their exceptional service of providing home euthanasia and pet cremation for our beloved Jai. The team where extremely professional, proficient, understanding & compassionate with regards to Jai's end of life journey. For that we will be eternally grateful and will have no hesitation in recommending their service to family & friends.

I would like to thank the team at Goodbye Good Bye for their professional, caring serviceWe had to make the decision to put our big boy Dudley to sleep after his diagnosis of a osteosarcoma.Dr Audrey and Vet nurse Rachel were so lovely, caring and professional, they made the process so much easier. Dr Audrey explained everything clearly and explained the medications being administered so we were kept informed throughout. I can honestly say with their help we gave our much loved dog the most peaceful passing surrounded by his family stroking him and in his own bed and environment which made him far less stressed than a clinical environment.

Dawn was absolutely fantastic to deal with and arranged everything for us when our beautiful boy become sick. Dr Ingrid was very caring and did not rush us to say our final goodbyes. Fantastic support during a very emotional time. Thank you Dawn and Ingrid, Dexter was definitely in the best care ❤️

We are very grateful to Cassandra & Dr Sarah Hardman for going above and beyond to reschedule euthanasia for our beautiful girl, Marli at short notice. Our daughter’s flight from Perth was cancelled last minute and she desperately wanted to be at home to say goodbye to Marli. You will never know how much we appreciate your understanding and compassion and how important it was for most of our family to be able to gather together when Marli passed.

We used Goodbye Good Boy to say our final farewells to our Boston Terrier Emma, who was in the final stages of colon cancer. The service was professional, respectful, and compassionate. Despite it being one of the worst days of our lives in saying goodbye to Emma, I would do it all over again in the exact same way. Being at home was a comfortable experience for her with no stress or anxiety. Thank you Goodbye Good Boy for being so respectful with her after the fact as well. I am comforted in knowing that I held her until she slipped away.

Saying goodbye to your best friend is never easy & the team at goodbye good boy were so helpful & caring from the first phone call all the way up to hand over of my pooches ashes. Thank you so much Cassandra & Dr Ingrid for helping us to give our special boy the send off he deserves.

Simply cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough.Its a very rare thing to find the light in such a dark moment but the service, care and attention to detail we received was utterly beautiful. Thank you

Dawn and Dr. Michaela were a great support for me. In a difficult moment, they were caring, efficient and professional. I can be quite the critic, but it is also important to recognise when people do a fine job. On short notice, on the weekend, they helped my Ollie to a peaceful place.
