We recently used the conveyancing services of Clare at HDL legal Mornington for both the sale and purchase of a home. She is amazing to deal with and was very thorough in all aspects of her services. In particular during our purchase where she had several contract clauses modified to suit or needs. We had a great result on both occasions and this was largely due to Clare's effective communication to all parties involved. I would recommend the use of HDL Legal Mornington for any property transactions and we will use them for any future conveyancing.

I have bought and sold many properties, however Laura at HDL made the process so easy, took all the worries from the process, assisted when issues became apparent and both properties went through seamlessly. I wouldn't use any other conveyancer. If you are looking to buy or sell I couldn't recommend HDL high enough. 5 stars doesn't seem enough. Don't hesitate go with the best of the best.
