My experience with Narellan Pools (Hawkesbury Franchise) was fantastic. From start to finish the entire process was incredibly professional and the team were very easy to work with. We are so happy with workmanship in every aspect and detail that went into the pool and so highly recommend Dean, Chontelle and team from Narellan (Hawkesbury Franchise) and Paul & James & Team (Willow Landscapes) for anyone seeking to install a fibre glass pool and landscape in the Hawkesbury District in Sydney. I still have alot of landscaping to do around the pool and can't wait till our pool oasis is complete.

We can't recommend Hawkesbury Narellan Pools more highly. Dean and the guys were all over any delays or problems in the post COVID delays and once construction started the guys went about their businesses very professionally. They were courteous,discreet, clean and very respectful of our gardens and our puppies. Dean's presence throughout the whole process was very reassuring and his availability even months after completion is 10 out of 10. I would use Narellan Pools again tomorrow no question. Thank you Dean it was a pleasure to work with you all.

After meeting many pool companies for ideas and quotes but getting nowhere, we met with Jordan from Narellan Pools Nepean and Hawkesbury who was friendly and straight forward. She explained to us the differnt options available to us about the pools, pricing and eta. The whole team , lead by Dean and Chontelle were with us from start to finish, during planning, installation, and after sales care if needed. Thanks again to everyone for friendly service and great communication.

We used Narellan to do our in ground fibreglass pool. Dean is an awesome bloke who takes pride in his work and finishes all pools to a high standard. The boys that work for him are all friendly and professional. Although we had months of constant rain, we had a few delays, but we couldn't be happier with the service and product they have provided.
