MyRugs were extremely helpful and were able to accommodate installation of floors at short notice, as well as accommodate a last minute colour change. They were easy to communicate with and always promptly replied to emails. The floors look great and the installation was beautifully done

The service offered at this store was excellent - rugs on loan and help with styling - also rearranging our car to accommodate our purchase. If we were not happy we could return in 3 days and receive refund, or replacement. As it turned out it was perfect, and we really love our rug. Babylon 200cm circle. Thank you.
