Jim's Dog Wash

Got my Shih-Tzu Maltese a “full groom”.He was left with gunk on his face, hair in the bottom of his feet, stomach not shaved, ears not cleaned, hair all over his face after I specifically said to shave his face and ears short, and him being a white dog I could still see dirt all along his back as if he hadn’t been washed properly.Was quoted one price and was charged way above. Put in a complaint which they were very rude about, said they’d talk to their boss and never heard anything back. I have been getting my dog groomed for years and this is the worst service I have even experienced.

Jims dog wash Timothy Watson very nice guy not the best on smaller dogs tho. Would make a good sheep shearer.

Made an inquiry nearly a week ago so I can have my dog washed. No one has replied. They couldn’t care less. Very bad customer service! Don’t use, Find someone who cares about you and your pet.
