This is one of those 7outof5 star aquariums.. its a different business model to the others. It is a small store (because most of the store is actually in quarantine tanks out back), and so their facebook page is the best way I've found to see what stock is coming in, but if you are in the area, there is still always something unexpected to see out front also.It is 'usually' more expensive, but for a reason.. you are buying quarantined/medicated fish, and wherever possible it is locally bred stock (far less prone to disease and the fish have grown up in local brisbane water).. so this is your best shot to avoid bringing illness into home your home aquariums, which honestly is by far the worst part of the hobby.Anyway, this is my go to store wherever I can, most of my tanks are stocked from KFS.

Been wanting to pop in here for a while now, was great to meet Nick and his mate whom I've forgotten his name already, can't wait to get my new tanks then I'll be back, I didn't want to add to the 6 aquarium's as I already like how they are, but I'll be back.

What a cracker.This place is only going to get better and better. Very keen to see how things unfold for this store. Great selection of fish in here for day one. The breeding facility can only mean great quality stuff to be available in the future.Make sure you catch the owner and his knowledge on his YouTube channel by the same name!

Great shop! Excellent advice! Awesome dude!Nick has put his money where his mouth is. A lot of talk about how small the shop is but what most people don't realise is most aquarium shops sell fish straight out of the bag; Nick has a room 3 times the size of the shop front dedicated to quarantining, medicating and breeding his fish to ensure the quality is above the industry standard.There is a lot packed into the shop with a wide range and I can’t wait to see what he has on offer next time I’m there.

This place is great, the staff and the humble owner were delightful. There is also a great range of stuff for the fish.

I've been looking to get into the hobby and stumbled across Nick's YouTube Channel and discovered he has a shop right near my house. I decided to pop in and buy my very first fish from his store. Nick and his assistant were very friendly and very welcoming and gladly answered any and all of the newbie questions I had. I will definitely return in a couple of weeks to purchase my next lot of fish. Thank you very much guys.

great prices with well-cared for fish and cool plants. the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. quite a lot of different fish to look at as well
