Absolutely the best service and honest advice. Had our family pool filter system upgraded. Being a new pool owner, every question answered and worry put to rest. Couldn't thank the owner enough and even had him do the work and show me how to run my new system. I won't shop anywhere else for my pool needs. Hands down best service and honest pricing.

I recently went Pool Palace Erskine Park to get my Maytronics DB2 Pool cleaner working again, and I couldn't be happier with the results.Stephen, the man in charge tested the cleaner and the power supply had carked it. Worse, it was out of warranty by a few months.From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He made sure to communicate clearly with me throughout the process, answering any questions I had and keeping me updated on their progress.The work they did was top-notch. He engaged with the manager of Maytronics and explained that the unit was just out of warranty. They took care of everything.Within one day, he had the new unit in tested and best of all done under extended warranty ( or goodwill warranty ) which he pushed hard to get the manufacturer to come to the party and play fair.I could tell that he really knew what they were doing. I was especially impressed by how quickly he was able to get everything sorted.What really set this pool service company apart for me, though, was their customer service. Stephen interactions with me was so friendly and helpful, and he really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with his work. They even gave me some tips on how to maintain my pool, how to best use the cleaner, which I really appreciated.After the win on the goodwill warranty, we subsequently engaged them to have their maintenance team to come and service our pool on a regular basis.Overall, I would highly recommend Pool Palace Erskine Park to anyone in need of pool equipment and regular pool maintenance.They are truly experts in their field, and their commitment to quality and customer service is second to none.Thanks again Stephen for all your hard work!

Located in shopping complex Erskine Park and under new owners and management as a precaution based on Covid climate one is not allowed into store but QR code accessible and you are attended to as if you had entered shop.All parts and chemicals still available for your pool requirementsAll through Covid lockdown no staff member wore a mask even last directive to were masks was not adhered to .

Definitely sticking with this place to sort out my pool, customer service was wonderful and so welcoming.Steve kindly came out to my place to help me with my pool and point me in the right direction. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to pools. Absolute legend!
