Royal real estate agent is currently managing our 6 investment properties for last two years. Roy and Prabha are doing a wonderful job in meeting the needs of the tenant and the landlord. Both of them are very polite and very approachable people and are happy to be contacted any time. I have had bad experience with some of the other letting agents. If there is a minor repair they will charge a lot of money. Example one of our property needs a electric switch replacement, Roy charged me $30 for the above work , if any other agent it will be a $250-/- job for sure as in call out charge and their commission etc. Regarding the inspection of the properties they will do it every 3 months and send you the pictures, which is a big relief to see your house in one piece. I was reading some of the reviews of the tenants claiming like the lost their bond money. Please understand the fact that if you get your bond money in full you have to keep the house in neat and clean and don’t make damages to the property , no landlords will tolerate such atrocities. One of our tenants damaged the garage door of our property in Bathurst St , while parking their trailer in the driveway!! It was a Pannel lifting door which cost $1400-/- to replace, once we saw the damage we asked Roy to fix it for as and he did it but unfortunately that tenant may not have much joy with their bond . Every landlord will accept some tear wear of the but a major damage like this nobody will tolerate. But our tenants in Angle Park and Munnopara West got their bond money in full when they moved out in to their own properties!!! as they looked after those houses really well and it’s a pleasure and relief for any landlord. Anyway my experience with Royal real estate is excellent, they are both landlords and tenants agent .
