Staff are quick to serve given the size of the station they are working and the number of cars that come through, store is always well stocked and there are plenty of options. Clean facilities available. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Friendly customer service. Easy access from parking and ample fuel pumps. Public toilet facility available. Hot food and drinks. Variety of merchandise and accessories. Quick, efficient and courteous service. Easy access and exit from the freeway.

Stopped in to get food and change my son, walked in to the disabled/changing room toilet and was greeted with 3cm of grime and dirt on the change table and the safety strap broken. Absolutely disgusting, I didn’t end up changing him as I was riddled in pure guilt of having him on that filth.I suggest having a word with those janitors of yours.If I could attach the images I got, I would.

Terrible layout of the car park. I went through the McDonalds drive thru, and as you come out, you can turn left or right, with no sign telling you which goes where, but if you turn left you’re on a one-way lane back to the freeway, with no way to turn around. Bad, thoughtless design, that could be fixed with a simple sign, but obviously no one could be bothered. I would avoid in the future

a wench named STEPHANIE (i know what you are thinking - red flags from the name alone, when is 'Stephanie' ever code for good woman) i specifically paid for chips and then she 'forgot' to put them in my bag? obviously some sort of potato chip con artist either stealing them for herself after i leave hoping that i wouldn't notice or this is how BP make money from us hard working truck drivers (I do not drive a truck i am educated) but without trucks Australia stops! Apparently that means nothing to Stephanie. Beware.
