This business (its owner and staff) is a ripoff....Bought chemicals from them recently (Jacob) and they are almost double the price of everywhere else. !!!I will never buy from them again and will be telling other people to stay away.Beware !!!

Absolute rip off, unless you want to pay 2 or 3 times the retail price go somewhere else.I went as a new customer when my local Clark rubber closed, purchased an Aussie Gold filter pressure gauge, 5 litres of acid and a small container of chlorine out and was charged $161 for the experience. Checked prices against other pool stores and for the same items the price was consistently around the $70-80 mark. Needless to say I will definitely not be going back to this place.

I have been a customer of Greenhouse pools for circa 10 years purchasing all products some very expensive ie. solar new pumps and all chemicals, every spring i would get a full service. This year i had a water leakage problem and arranged a service - i was advised to stop the leak the heater needed to be disconnected which i authorized the service man cut the pipes and left them sticking up very unsightly. i was then advised i had to pay on the spot, previously i would get an account and would pay within 7 days- questioned the price and was told i did not qualify for the spring special service as i was not a regular customer. i gave my credit card over and the wrong details were recorded no expiry date, i received text messages, phone calls then on the Monday 3 days after the work was done was threatened with debt collectors.As it turned out the leak was not fixed called another company who attended the next day to quote and work fully completed within the week.they also had to fix the botched up job that Greenhouse had done.it appears if you have been a regular customer and never forfeited on payment means nothing to this company and the owner was extremely rude throughout this process.Not hard to find another service company who wants your business.

Fabio is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Very helpful team and a great shop for all your pool supplies, equipment and maintenance support. I had a really good experience building our pool where Fabio and his team supplied all the equipment and supplies. His advice and support throughout the pool construction was extremely helpful.

Fabio and the team are specialists in their field. They maintain my naked water system and recently installed an electronic heat pump which is working very well and now gives me more opportunity to use the pool. Pool is in top shape thanks to their regular monthly maintenance . Great work guys.

I came in here a bit clueless, I had just bought an inflatable spa online, and didn't know how to care for it. The guy there was lovely, asking about how much it will be used, are kids using it etc. Offered knowledge and free advice, and gave clear instructions to me on how to keep the water healthy and clean. I can't believe people have given 1 star reviews! He was so helpful, even though I had not purchased my spa from his store. Highly recommended

What a very unpleasant experience by the lady (clearly the owner) that questioned my purchase history with a simple water test! Joe and Fabio have always been so helpful and courtesy when assisting with my pool queries for many years and even the new younger guys did their best with recent visits! You on the other hand clearly showed to me what changes you’ve made to the business are going to send you backwards at a rate of knots, the worst customer experience I have ever had at this place and I’ll be taking by business elsewhere which is a shame as I was talking to Fabio last week about purchasing 2 new robotic cleaners for my pool and another family members.... clearly missed that sale due to your rudeness, inuendo and terrible customer service that you showed me today, you might need to take some lessons from Joe if you want your business to succeed! Another lost customer!!!!

I have been going to this store since it opened up in the 80’s for chemicals for an pool and spa and have seen it change hands over the years but was shocked at the prices being charged on my recent visit.$59.95 for a 500ml bottle of spa clarifier are you guys actually being serious? Same product can be purchased for $18!$59.95 for a 500ml bottle of anti-foam, $24 elsewhere!4L hydrochloric acid was over $40 and no mate your chemicals nor acid is stronger as the young guy claimed to what’s available at Bunnings for $17 for 5LYou guys are ripping off local people that are supporting your business
