Great service and experience..Personally, I cant thank Taran enough for putting all this extra effort and time to help me with all my questions and finding the best solution for what I was after for my evo..When it comes to my car, I can get very fussy and Taran was happy to take the time and explain what would suit best for my application and cover my needs..If I could put more stars I would..Definitely reccomend..

We had to replace a damaged tyre and the local Bob Jane store was not only the closest, but also the cheapest option.They ordered the tyre and we arranged to come back to get it fitted back onto the car. All very easy and quickly done.Called back in to get the fitting done, and they were right on time. Looked pretty busy, but clearly they're managing their bookings well, our car was done straight away, no hassle no problems.Nice to deal with a business who do what they say they will.Helpful, professional and friendly staff, and competitive prices — what more could you want.

If i could give nagetive star, i will.Be careful with this store. They may sell you old stock.I have priced matched with best price guarantee of Bob jane T-mart Dec 2022. But i am not expecting to get old stock tyre in my car.I have been asked twice to provide me a newer tyre before work. They keep on saying it is whenever on stock.After work util i found out it is old stock ( 2 tyres 2 years ago 5220, 2 tyres 1 and half year ago 2621, with means i might only use this tyre for another 4 years, michelin gave u michelin 6 year warranty), they told me they cant do anything about it and sell 2 year ago stock tyre is allow. I hv choice to hv my old tyre back. Make sure you check the date of tyre they put on!! I need car on the date so they gave me wheel alignment for free.However, i am not happy with the result since i hv been forced to make this decision and i won't come back to this store any more.

Attended Bob Jane Springvale for a flat tire and ended up replacing all four tires that were well overdue for replacement and I couldn't find time for. The store manager was very accommodating, polite and professional. Considering I had no prior booking, the team at Bob Jane Springvale had me back on the road within an hour. Couldn't be happier with the service!
