Impressed with how well run this practice is. The Reception staff very polite and most helpful with all who came in. My new GP is very professional. I am grateful to be able to attend this clinic.

The receptionists at Heidelberg West Medical Clinic are always polite, friendly & welcoming to patients. Our doctor, Dr. Philip, is very caring & approachable. He is a good listener & is very thorough & professional when we consult with him. The supporting nursing staff work well with Dr. Philip eg. today, my husband & I got our flu vaccinations after our consultation with Dr. Philip & I had my Care Plan organised for a physio for my injured knee.Thank you, Heidelberg West SuperClinic & Dr Philip for your care of us.

My partner and I have been seeing Dr Sultan for 3 years now, at one point it felt as if we saw him more than we saw our own friends!!! Dr sultan is the most compassionate, knowledgeable Dr who actually cares about you, your well being and getting to the bottom of your concerns or finding the right people who will, he has put alot of funds into his clinic and to further his Education/skills for us, he can do alot of stuff locally here which I find so convenient. The clinic has always had the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, respect for all customers. I honestly would not ever believe ANY negative complaints if ever arise (and I am not trusting of any other doctors)I would be honestly heart broken if Dr Sultan was to stop practising any time soon. The receptionist are always very fantastic to.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not impressed with how Dr Jithari Palliyaguruge dealt with my partners health concerns, they came in clearly needing help understanding a condition they have been diagnosed with and we're disregarded and received rude communication. They were pushed out of the room even though they had booked a long consult"

I always feel safe and supported. Very happy with my experience at Heidelberg West and highly recommend Dr Gale. He has improved my quality of life both mentally and physically.

On arrival I was informed that there are two more patients ahead of me and I may have to wait 20 minutes before called in. During my wait a nurse called me and did my blood pressure check and followed up with my previous issues and vaccination status. This took 10 minutes and by the time I come out of there the doctor called me in. Overall I only have to wait 5 minutes extra. Overall I am happy with the service.

Dr Jeremy Gale has been my doctor for the last few years. He is well experienced and discusses your issues clearly and explains well. The reception staff are professional and welcoming.

The Nurse who dispensed the Flu vaccine was very polite & efficient and dispensed the injection quite well. The Doctor, however, came only for a short moment, saw us, casually asked if we felt ok, and left. hardly supervised anything.

The nurses had a beautiful energy that put my 19 month year old at ease and he didn't even cry when they gave his injections. Reception staff are accommodating and the doctors we have seen were lovely. We will make this our regular doctor :)

Best medical centre I have ever been to. I was really impressed by the organisation. Every staff member (Doctors, nurses and receptionist) I came in contact with was incredibly professional & lovely. They treated me with kindness & respect. :)
