Had a bad experience 2 year's ago and hadn't been since(unhappy worker) thought I would try it again but again service was poor. Not a smile a hello will now never go again. The other shop at the mall is great all the staff are really happy and always welcome you.

Ordering online is pathetic. Go to the store, 2 people working store is empty and yet the staff are still too busy waffling instead of filling orders. The idea of online ordering is that you can order up to 15 minutes before leaving home and have a order ready to pick up. Yep I understand that sometimes there is a wait but in real life instead of waffling on do your job

The Kings Meadows Banjos is a fabulous spot. The staff are very warm and friendly and proud to offer exemplary service. One of my regular haunts. Love the new coffee and cake special. My favourite is the lemon loaf. Yummy.

Have been going to the town shop for many years. Situated in Brisbane St. Lovely to sit at the window and watch the world go by! Also go to Kingsmeadow shops. Overall service is very good.
