I've been coming to Clear Skincare Balmain for years and have always received lovely customer service and excellent treatments. Mahsa, in particular, is just lovely. She is friendly and professional. She always knows what treatment I need and remembers what I've had. I definitely recommend this clinic.

The staff at Clearskincare Clinic in Balmain are very professional and caring. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a positive atmosphere.Their knowledge of the treatments and products is exceptional. I never felt pressured to buy things I didn't need. I look forward to my visits and walk out feeling very satisfied and uplifted. I'm happy with my simple but effective skincare routine.

Angela is five stars and the reason I kept with the Balmain team so long. Angela did my microneedling, IPL etc. She is 5 stars. However, I just won't come back because the Dysport was badly done by their nurse Diane. I had Dysport done a dozen times, the nurse kept ignoring my sheet and kept making my eyes look terrible - then I would come back and pay again for a fix. I have photos and proof - the nurse who does Dysport t (Diane) here is cavalier and phoning it in. Never again.

I am so thankful I found this place! The girls at the Balmain store have been so helpful with my skin and my acne has completely healed. I did the 'Dr McCaffery's Acne Treatment' and now I rarely get a single pimple. In my consultation, it was recommended I would need roughly 10 appointments to clear my skin, and I only needed 2! I continue to go back when I feel my skin needs a touch up, but the girls just put me under the light and my skin instantly looks better. I use the products religiously and can really notice a difference when I don't. I can't thank clearskincare or the girls at the Balmain store enough! I just wish I thought to take a 'before' and 'after' photo!

You can't go past Clearskincare Balmain for treatments that WORK. I've had just 2 peels and light therapy treatments on my skin and my acne is already under control. The staff are exceptionally knowledgable and always friendly, even when I have had to change my appointment at the last minute. If you are looking for treatments that work, at a reasonable price, then this is your place. Thanks Ellie and the team for a great experience.

I really like this place. I’ve been going to Clear Skincare Clinics for 3 years and they were the only provider to offer an effective solution to the painful cystic acne that my skin was already badly scarred from. Forever grateful. Wish I went sooner. Also highly recommend Kassie and Mahsa from the Balmain clinic, they are wonderful!

I’ve been a client of clear skin clinic for over 8 years, always had the best experience until today. I was 5 minutes late but the stuff made a big problem out of it even despite the fact there were no clients after me. They were very worried about being one minute over 6pm and spent about 2 minutes doing my treatment (which certainly isn’t worth $70) and with a massive attitude like I’ve ruined their lives by making them stay one minute after 6pm. Thanks to the extremely unprofessional and rude management of the Balmain location you’ve just lost a client of 8 years.
