I initially had National Heating cooling look at a gas log fire that they installed intially. I spent $1500 with them and they still couldn't fix it and they wiped there hands of the job.From the first phone call with Oataway I received nothing but amazing service. They fixed the unit at there first visit costing me $150 dollars, amazing!They also informed me that the National Heating and Cooling had added new parts that didn't need replacing.

Cannot fault the boys at Oataway Heating & Cooling. Our fan all of a sudden just stopped on our evap on a 37 degree day & someone was out that same day to look at it & temporarily fix it. We decided to go ahead with a new system & they were able to organise the installation for us pretty quick. Super impressed with their service, I highly recommend these guys.

Rough workmanship. Multiple roof vents are not straight the floor vents have large spaces around vents without an attempt to seal and outdoor unit wiring left messy. Have attempted to have this rectified but did not get a response to the 2 emails I sent about the issues
