WOW. Really, there sadly aren't many times that I am so thoroughly impressed... but this time, WOW. Alex Sun from Capstone Realty Rhodes was beyond AMAZING in assisting me with my new rental. Alex sent me a SMS within 24 hours of my email via realestate.com.au, and I viewed the property that very day.Alex kept me regularly informed and was quick to text me if I needed to send something to aid the application process. Even though other applicants were under the care of Alex, he made me feel super valued and really worked hard to deliver a great outcome.The icing on the cake was working very late (and in his personal time) to deliver an approval for me at 10pm at night! So much dedication, I am so so appreciative of his efforts.Thank YOU so much Alex, Capstone has an amazing asset with you in their team.

In 2021, I rented an apartment through capstone. After the lease expired, they didn't maliciously withhold my bonds. It was very smooth from renting to leaving. Andy received me. It was very good. He would respond to every request

I had a great experience dealing with our property agent, Jill. I had previously dealt with Strathfield partner, Austyle realty and capstone realty, by far capstone realty has provided me a very good and positive experience unlike the other real estate agency. Jill is patience, kind and friendly, I had a great time dealing with her. She attended to our matters urgently and also when we moved out, if there’s any issue with the cleaning, she will discuss with me in a good manner. We had our bond back straight away after I’ve solved the cleaning issues. She is efficient and by far the best real estate agent I’ve dealt with. Many thanks Jill for your patience and great customer service.

Had an amazing experience dealing with Yvonne Mu as my property manager for a unit that I rented in Waitara. Wish we had more people like her in the industry.

We recently dealt with Alex Sun regarding a rental listing. After submitting all our documents in a timely manner we had a few questions. Alex advised he would get in touch with the landlord and call us back as soon as possible. A day went by without any response from Alex. We attempted to follow up on a couple of occasions but we're ignored. A few days later we noticed that the property had been listed as leased. This came as a massive shock as we were told our application was strong. Furthermore we were just waiting on some answers before signing the contract. Alex dodged our calls and contact attempts. When we finally got him on the phone he again dodged our questions and hung up saying he'd call us back. We haven't heard from him since. We definitely can't recommend Alex or Capstone Realty. A horrible experience all around!!!

I rented a property from Capstone Realty, and John Zhang, the property manager, is an absolute gem. His professionalism and accessibility are top-notch, making it effortless to reach out and communicate with him. During the challenging times of COVID-19, his unwavering support and understanding were invaluable. I am truly grateful for his assistance and couldn't have asked for a better property manager. On a scale of 1 to 10, John deserves a perfect score of 10. He exemplifies excellence in his role, and I consider myself fortunate to have him managing my property.

Worst property agency to deal with. Their Property Manager Andy Lu never bother to fix the faulty kitchen rangehood ending up the matter went to the NSW Tenancy Tribunal where they got the order to fix it.Right after the tribunal order, the owner put the rent increase and delay the fix just to kick us out. Dodge company, please stay away from them.

Not great to rent from as a tenant. Repairs take ages to arrange, and any questions about lease renewal are dodged until it's too late and then they hit you with a 20% rent increase.Never could get ahold of our real estate agent Kathy but the second we said we would vacate she called us. She's never spoken to us before today and never even met us. So impersonal and cold and they don't care about the tenants.Kathy said the owner wouldn't negotiate a rent increase nor do a month-to-month lease but as soon as we said we would vacate she called to say she would negotiate. Seems like she didn't talk to the owner in the first place.

Had an amazing experience dealing with Frankie as my property manager for a unit that I rented at Macquarie Park village He is caring and quite knowledgeable. Wish we had more ppl like him in the industry.
