Anna Dao is one of the best real estate agent I have been dealing with in Australia. Anna is always friendly, polite and extremely attentive to all of our requests and always provides a solution to any concern. Recently we bought an apartment from a vendor represented by Anna and the whole process was seamless and without any dramas at all. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs. Not only do they not respond to emails, even if these are emergency repairs, but I've had to contact the vic franchise manager to just make sure they're upholding their duty to the landlord.Angela is hopeless, Richard is silent and useless in the shadows, and when renting or leasing out your property think: Should I employ an agent who has actually broken Vic law?An agency that leans towards actual criminal conduct, where you can only hope the agents are trying to contact the landlord, not being negligent themselves...

DO NOT TRUST OR RENT THROUGH RAIN AND HORNE FOOTSCRAY.i've been paying rent here for 7 years and they are completely unprofessional headache . Richard Miller is extremely unprofessional and yells down at me all the time we have to talk. Angela who works there i am still waiting on responses from 3 weeks ago regarding a bond return. They are not good at their jobs or professional enough to recommend and i highly suggest avoiding this real estate agency. I suggest if you have issues with this realtor you can check the names on your lease agreement and contact your landlord VIA facebook only because majority of the time the landlords do not know your feedback because you have to go through the useless realtors instead. Landlords deserve to know feedback on how the tenants are being treated by realtors. If my bond is not returned anytime soon this will be taken even further. I shouldnt be chasing a bond return for weeks on end when Angela promised it'll take 7 days. she said this 3 weeks ago. They are purposely making it a difficult process as per usual.thanks.

Worst possible experience with Richard Miller and Raine & Horne Footscray.A few examples:- Double charging management fees and therefore misappropriating trust funds. Had advised and given them several chances to fix the problem but it repeatedly kept happening. (Concerned about how many other people this is happening to so it has been reported and hopefully will be audited and action taken).- Ridiculously slow to reply to emails or return calls.- Not bothering to arrange inspections or renewals until reminded after the due dates.- Called to berate me when I decided to list the property with another agent. So unprofessional and very strange.- Wouldn't cooperate or handover keys to new agent after being sacked. I'm told this is not unusual and they are known around town as being unprofessional and difficult in dealing with other agents.Simple advice - avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had great experience with selling our property with Anna Dao.Very honest communication, and gentle to talk to. When it comes to negotiating the contract she is very knowledgeable and reasonable to he us through this process.I highly recommend Anna Dao.

I am a potential buyer who has made 5 enquiries about a property for sale with this agent, including 1 of ringing the receptionist to ask what on earth is going on- why won't they return my call?! If you are thinking of selling through this agent, DON'T! They are incredibly unprofessional and I just have no words about the fact they won't get back to BUYERS let alone how they treat tenants, according to these reviews.
