Laser Engraving and Keys

Paid $17 on 29 August 2022 to get the battery changed in my car keys and noticed immediately afterwards that the battery still seemed to need changing when I got back to my car. It was only yesterday my car notified me that the battery needed replacing. I decided to watch videos on YouTube to figure out how to change the battery myself and, once I did, my car keys now work perfectly fine.

I am very much impressed with the service I had today. I went to make new car key and took my old key as well. It was very hard to take out the responder chip from old key because the chip was heavily glued. Before this shop, I went to “Class Locksmith” and they were unable to take chip out. Here, the bearded man with lots of efforts managed to make new key. They didn’t charge me extra.I can’t thank him enough for his service.I very much recommend this place to everyone.

Appalling customer service. Went to collect my shoes on the day I was told they’d be ready and they hadn’t even started. Came back later that day and they’d only done the heel. Came back a third time and was told the $50 I’d paid was for the heel only, nothing else. I explained this was the third time I’d come back and they still hadn’t done what I’d asked and was told “that doesn’t matter”. Wow. Amazed you guys are still in business with this attitude. Will NOT be using this business again.

To have attended both Saturday and Sunday this weekend for a shoe repair. I have had to wait 20 min past their opening time twice due to the staff member sleeping in on both days. Only after calls from my self and others, did they rush in to open the store.After leaving my shoes there on the Saturday and being quoted $20 to have a shoe sole repair completed and finished within the day. It was a shock to come in the next day to find my shoes not even touched. Then being told it was a much bigger job and they should never have taken it on. This not only wasted my time but prevented other options I could have utilised.Poor attitude from both staff members on both days, with the first guy barely able to open his eyes as he rushed in. Its a very very poor look all round for your business.

This is the only store I go to in Canberra for engraving. I've also had some keys cut here for my car, house, letterbox, filing cabinet and work. Got some shoes repaired here, great quality work! The shop can be busy, always people when I go there, and only a couple of guys there so they're worked hard by customers but that's what they're there for. Thanks guys, really appreciate it and you 100% deserve 5 stars!!
