Try giving them a call for booking a repair.. phone rings out or you get the reception with a promise for a call back that never happens

Took our golf in to get serviced. Had a headlight that wasn’t working let them know, quoted it there as we checked in $50 no worries get it done. Pay for convenience. Pick the car up get home headlight not working. First check item on the list checked all lights and charged $50 for the replacement lamp.No trust in the service being carried out to any sort of standard.

Had an oil leak that needed to be identified and repaired. Did what they said, and didn't make up a bunch of issues like others have. Work wasn't cheap but not over the top like you expect for European cars, in fact no more expensive than you would pay for common car brands.
