Very rude pharmacist. I asked why my initial Medicine that was suppose to be for a 7 day course for my child lasted for less than 5 days (a fair question I thought). It was simply a case of there was not enough to start with 7.3 x 3 x 7 days = 153ml was needed. They only supplied 100ml. I was then sold another 100ml when I only needed enough for two days. He told me I was being unreasonable and he didn't have time for this and I was being rude! He also wore no mask.

try to avoid purchasing Innerhealth plus capsule there. it's a rip off. We normally got it from Harold park chemist for around 60 dollars but here the price is almost 80. And owner insisted that's the recommended price. employees gave conflicted info to me. one said that I am overcharged and John said that it was the right price. Please try to avoid it if you could.

Came into this store an few days ago and asked the pharmacist to recommend a lotion for my psoriasis. After returning home and reading the warning label that stated not to use for psoriasis came back into today and was refused a refund for the unopened packet of lotion. Pharmacist stated receipt wasn’t the issue they wouldn’t refund the lotion anyway. Was also told regardless of what the label says it is fine for psoriasis. For somthing as volatile as psoriasis you guys should be more professional and under standing of your clients needs.Asked the lovely pharmacist at village pharmacy up the road if they’d issue a refund in the same situation with they’re response being an absolute yes. I’d highly recommend anyone reading this review give these guys a visit instead.Time stamp 10:30 am Friday 3rd of June.

Always good staff, possibly the worst pharmacist ever encountered. Uniquely unskilled and ill-suited to their profession, to the point of negligence. Avoid unless emergency.

Do not recommend this pharmacy, would give zero stars if I could. Probably the worst customer service experience I had in Australia. The Pharmacist that runs the place was abrupt and rude in the most disrespectful way. I bought a pair of faulty sun glasses and when I asked to exchange them he said “how do I know you are not lying and u didn’t break them on purpose?” On my way out I believe he told me “go away and never come back” “I don’t need customers and I don’t need you”. Not to mention he had no mask on.

Would give zero stars. Pharmacist is a malignant narcissist. His kids look very depressed and why are they all dressed in black? Customer service- abysmal. Judgemental, suspicious and so very, very rude.

I would not recommend this pharmacy. Not only are all the staff extremely rude I had a script for my newborn from my pediatrician. The pharmacist said she didn't know what the script was for and suggested calling my doctor. Concerned I walked up the road to the pharmacy on the corner of Booth and Johnston Street, the friendly pharmacist had no issues with the script and filled it quickly.Very strange that the pharmacist didn't know what the script was when it's a common medication.

This is my local pharmacy and I've always had nothing but positive interactions with all staff. Quick prompt service with a genuine smile. There's a reason why they're still in business and that's because they're part of our community providing a professional and friendly service meeting the expectations of their customers.

Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. I tend to lose my script often due to Narcolepsy Brain, so they keep it on file for me instead, making my life slightly less chaotic. Great price on my usually quite expensive prescriptions.

Very friendly staff and helpful pharmacist. We frequent this pharmacy for both infant and adult medication, annual flu shots and day to day needs and it’s always reliable.
