In a food court its always surprising to come across a gem like this place. The food is amazing and quick to serve even if ordered from the kitchen. The roasts in the window make your mouth water before even getting a whiff of the delicious smells.A quality and relatively cheap lunch for someone like me on the go. I wouldn't say no to stopping in for a takeaway dinner either. Definitely a place to come back to

I absolutely couldn't recommend the roast pork here enough, it's cooked so well and the best I have ever had! The staff here, especially the owners are so lovely and welcoming. I have a pleasant experience getting food from here each time.

This place is going down hill FAST. I’d give them zero stars if it was possible. The roast rolls used to be the bomb. Nowadays the meat is tough and inedible and the gravy is almost non-existent. The staff are very rude and seem make customers feel like an inconvenience when they approach the counter to order food. I’ve had consistently bad experiences on the past three visits, with the same issues. Last time I tried to make a complaint and the lady I spoke with just continued cleaning whilst I spoke. At the end she gave a sarcastic smile and said “sorry. We’ll try harder next time” and then turned her back to focus on the bead rolls. I won’t be wasting my money or my time here again. I tried to give them a chance, given how good they used to be. But it wasn’t worth it.

Use to enjoy coming here for hot chips for a snack but after finding a black hair after eating over half my chips I will not be back. Impossible to be my hair as it is purple completely different colour.

Food is good and the owners seem nice.... The white lady with the tattoos tho. Worst customer service you could ever experience. No smiles, furthest thing from friendly. Comes across like she hates her job and doesn't want to be there... So off putting. The Asian couple are lovely but jeez, this lady needs to step her game up. How hard is it to smile and be nice? Honestly turns me off going there.

Had the pork & salad wrap. Salad was soggy & not fresh. Pork had no flavour nor did the gravy and overpriced!!

Called in to have some lunch for you got a nice mix where you can have the pork your lamb and your beef and then you got salad potato pumpkin great if you’re coming to Jesmond call-in and have a try from MWHThe meal was so nice

Fast, efficient service. Friendly staff. Was hoping for a decent roast pork roll and didn’t disappoint - possibly one of the best I’ve had so far! Roast pork. Gravy. Fresh roll. Tasty as! Chips and gravy are good too
