We build a Manhattan home with Wisdom as our forever home. They could not have been more accommodating to all our wishes. Everyone from the team in H/Q, to the on site people were absolutely fantastic. The final product of our house is amazing.We loved them so much that we are now building another house with Wisdom (Hoot) as to add to our investment portfolio. We have built many investment properties and this build was by far the easiest and best.My wife and I could not recommend them more highly.

NOT pleased with my FIRST experience with buying House & Land Package from Wisdom Home. We signed the contract in April 2015 and the house was settled in September 2017 (3 months delay due to water leaking issue). Water leaking damages were exposed in October 2017 and the repair work hasn't been completed till now 2018!!!!!!For the admin team, they were NOT helpful when we asked quotation about adding one more living room. Huge delay hence we gave up!! For the construction team, they changed site manager in the middle of construction period, which start giving me nightmare as the new site manager is NOT doing his work properly at all. The construction quality is not impressive. For the Customer Service team, they usually respond quick but not much helpful as they have no idea about the construction process.I requested the compensation for loss of rent due to the delay caused by Wisdom Home but no reply!! For anyone who does not want to have headache for your new house, please avoid Wisdom Home.

This our second time building with Wisdom Homes. We have just moved into our Manhattan 44 ensuite house and our family absolutely love it! I feel like I'm in a hotel suite when I'm in the master bedroom area it's amazing!!!Our build did take a long time and it was frustrating but we understood that we started building in a building boom so trades are hard to get and some are worth waiting for. The saviour in our build was our excellent site supervisor Brad Duffy who was always available to answer questions and always got back to us if we left messages or he would look into something and always call back with answers. If something was done and not up to his standards he got trades back to fix things or if we were unhappy about anything we got things touched up and he picked up issues we didn't even notice. We felt communication was fantastic with Brad - communication is key!!! He has even been available for little issues post handover. Just love our new Wisdom Home

Extremely disappointed with wisdom homes. This is our 2nd built with this company. We were very pleased with our 1st home which we built in year 2015/2016 & that’s why decided to go with them again however a lot of the things went wrong this time. The floors upstairs were squeaky, tile grouts were off & looked terrible in the bathrooms and so much more. They did not pay attention to the finishes at all this time like our previous home had, the door handles are already falling off. Although the maintenance people tried to fix most of the issues, the floors have started squeaking again. And it’s such a hassle refixing things, it is never the same as they had to take our bed out deassemble & reassemble again and take all the carpets off the room to fix it. And Now the paints are peeling off in places. I am also very disappointed with the appliances they’ve used. The cooktop & range hood from ILVE brand is not practical at all. The cooktop rack is flat and doesn’t hold most of the pots/pans. It is such high maintenance and has already started rusting even when we pay so much attention to cleaning and maintaining these appliances. Overall I regret building with wisdom home. Won’t be recommending it to my family/friends for sure.

My wife and I were very skeptical to build as first home buyers as we lacked the knowledge and experience to know what to look for and choose.The staff at Wisdom were unbelievably helpful along each avenue, from the sales staff at the display homes, to our CSR and site supervisor. I am impressed by how smooth and easy the team made the process, keeping us updated weekly with the progress.Although it’s not the quickest process at first, the quality of build and service is there and is definitely worth it in the end.Can’t wait to build our next home with Wisdom!

Despite the number of times the project managers got changed on my project and the delay it has caused, Wisdom Homes is able to keep the communication open with me and being very transparent with the progress of my house.Very happy about the level of customer services the company offers. 3 weeks away from the completion, just can not wait to see the final product!

The workmanship on our home was a nightmare. Not only did they ruin our tiles which we paid extra for as they were an upgrade, they refused to take responsibility and fix it.They have left multiple areas in the house with only 1 coat of paint as they are not visible, such as behind the stairs in the niche area, behind our laundry door and many more.As recently as last weekend with the heavy rainfall, our home office began flooding due to the window frame not being installed properly. Once I finally got a hold of wisdom on Monday they advised that someone from repairs would contact me. Not a single phone call for 3 days and when I finally rang on Thursday they advised that “as per the email sent” to my husband, the house being over 2 years old (it’s 2 years and 2 months- pretty much STILL a brand new home) that it was not covered under warranty for extreme weather conditions. As far as I’m aware, heavy rainfall is not an “extreme weather condition”, we didn’t have a bloody tsunami, heavy rain should not cause flooding and leakage to our brand new home. They also advised us to raise with insurance, which we would have to pay excess for, as Wisdom do not take any responsibility, do not actually care for their customers, and rush their homes whenever they can. They are nice to you until you sign the contract and then treat you like just another number. It’s actually horrible and disgusting.

Not sure where to start, there is so much wrong with this company.They handed over the house in an incomplete and defective state, with blue tape still around marking out damage. I also noticed several other issues such as crooked and bent walls. The worst however was a leak in the roof that I pointed out just a week after moving in. It has now been 8 weeks, the leak is still present, mould is rampant through the area, and the affected ceiling and wall have lost their structural integrity. When I called the construction supervisor to see if there was anything he could do about just the mould, for the sake of our health, his response was there's bigger and more important problems than yours". Charming.Their admin and legal side also leaves much to be desired. You have to pay a non-refundable deposit to even view the contract

With Wisdom Homesss We Ruin Your Dreamsss.Big mistake building with this project home builder.From signing contract to key had over it took a year and a half. We then had to pay $5000 extra because our contract ran out. Wisdom office didn't mentioned anything to us before the contract was coming to a end.Wisdom homes suppliers were fantastic very professional.-Slab wasn't clean very messy and quick.-Timer frame & steal work pretty bad.After getting a building inspector out to have a look at the build he found around 8 major structural defects.- Brick work very dodgy. They had to do brick repairs after the brickwork was finished.In 2 days after the slab went down the frame work went up no time for the slab to properly.43sq two story house in 4 days frame/trusses went up. Very quick.Beer cans left on site from the contractor after finishing their day at work.Wisdom homes build there houses very quick and that mean more mistakes and a lot of defects.We are spending $550,000 on our wisdom house that's the biggest mistake paying a project builder instead of investing it in a private builder where you get quality and the build takes longer so that mean less mistakes and less defects.Lets just say that after we move into our new wisdom house for a year we are planning of selling it why the quality and standards is very bad and i just can not stand noticing the defects daily.If you have already signed to build or currently under construction with them make sure you invest in a private building inspector and make sure everything gets fixed before inner wall lining gets done.Very poor workmanshipAbsolutely discussed. Definitely wouldn't recommend this dodgy builder.Not happy at all with this investment and most of all not happy with our family dream home.

They are excellent. We just bought one of their newly built homes. we are very satisfied and happy. Everything was smooth. Project supervisor Peitro M. always willing to help even after we moved in. Head office was excellent. Agent delivered as promised. Awesome wisdom home. Thank you for a job well done. Excellent quality home.
