Top Kids Childcare & Preschool Ringwood Centre

My eldest son has been attending top kids for 1.5years and my youngest for 9months. Each of the educators have been nothing but amazing over our time here. My partner and I wouldn’t send our children anywhere else. Top kids Ringwood provides quality care and education.

Topkids is one of the best childcare centres in Melbourne. My son started kinder room 1 year ago and he loved being there. There are so many learning experiences offered to the children each week and my son has grown so much confidence and skills over the last year. Big thank you to topkids especially the Kinder team. Highly recommended.

My son started at 4 months and he absolutely loves being here. The educators are so caring and I never have any worries leaving him there.I get alot of updates about his time and based on the photos I can see they provide amazing experiences for him to grow and develop.Definitrly recommend this centre.

My son was in K.3 room last year. He was so happy even when we’ve moved far away but he still missed the kindy. They have lot of activities for kids. Tamarra, the director and the educators in K3 room so generous. Highly recommended.

The educators at top kids have gone above and beyond to make our child feel safe and welcomed! He loves coming to school and always looks so happy at pick up and in all the daily updates we receive.

My toddler moved here last year from another centre around the area where she was not happy at all. Things are totally different once she attended Top Kids! She is thriving at Top Kids! She's very happy and makes a lot of friends.The educators are very caring and lovely and the very approachable too. They are also very resourceful when it comes to children activities, utilise surrounding resources (flowers from the garden) for children art works, and engaging the children on many occasions (baking Anzac cookies on Anzac day or making pizza for lunch). A lot of both excursions and incursions so the children are exposed to many different activities.Another thing to mention is the staff turnover is relatively low so it offers stability to the children. The management is highly responsive and are very helpful in answering any queries.

We have just enrolled our 3 year old daughter to Top Kids very recently and we are very happy with the centre from Bama's management to the friendliness of the educators (while being professional and child focus). We are happy with the cleanliness of the centre as well.The very important thing about Top Kids is that the educators are in for the long-term and the turnover is rare if any which is great as children feel secure with the educators that they are used too. To top it off they are also quite experienced which is great.All in all we are very happy with everything that has been going on with Top Kids as they even did an information session very recently to update us as parents on what actually goes on during the day.It's a nice comforting feeling to know that our daughter is in good hands while we as working parents are away from our kid the whole day.

Our son has attended Top kids nursery for over a year now since he was 9 month as I had to come back to work. I did my research and found Top kids at a very convenient location and with the rating of exceeding, so it could give me a piece of mind to send him at such young age. The process to enroll was hassle-free, and he could go straight to childcare on the day we wanted. The staffs are amazing and they look after my son carefully, they gave him lots of cuddle and carried him when he cried for months until he settled. Now he really enjoys going to childcare, sings and dances to the songs he learnt at childcare, even brings many artworks home. Another thing I am much appreciated is that we are contacted immediately and explained if anything arises, actions are taken to avoid spreading diseases to children.

My son attended Top Kids from approximately 5 months until 2 years old, we’ve just moved to another area and it’s been hard to find another centre that match’s it in quality - in both customer service and care. The educators and admin staff are all brilliant, I always felt so comfortable dropping my little boy off knowing they would care for him in exactly the way I would if he were home with me. He’s developed so many strong bonds and relationships it’s hard to say goodbye. We highly recommend Top Kids to any prospective parents!

This is the best and very underrated childcare so far compared to other childcare I went to in so many different perspectives. I have entrusted my kids for more than 3 years in the hands of extra ordinary educators and centre management TopKids have and I am extremely happy with the results.All educators went above and beyond, they were so passionate and so dedicated in giving the best care for my kids. Not only very knowledgeable, experienced and awesome attitudes but would spend time to learn and build meaningful relationship with each kids and treat them like its their own! Importantly, extremely low educator turn over with educators exceeding 10 years tenure! I believe happy educators leads to happy kids.The childcare managemeny is also very resourceful in their programs such as organising weekly sports, science experiments, show and tell, real farm animals, police and dentist visit and many other things. Kids activity report is sent on daily base so I can have meaningful conversation with my kids how did they go when picking them up. My kids are absolutely loving it, never ever bored and in fact really enjoyed their time to the point that they don’t want to go home when picked up.I think most childcare management really need to learn a lot from TopKids and ask question how TopKids could consistently achieve exceeding NQS? It’s easily a 10 star from me.
