I recently visited Coles Kingsmeadows and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Not only was the store disorganized and difficult to navigate, but the customer service I received was poor.As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the store was quite messy with items scattered all over the place. It was difficult to find what I was looking for and I had to spend a lot of time searching for the items on my list.Furthermore, when I asked an employee for help, I found them to be quite uninterested and unhelpful. They seemed disengaged and unwilling to assist me in finding the products I needed. Additionally, when I brought up the disorganization of the store, the employee didn't seem to care or offer any solution to the problem.To make matters worse, the checkout process was extremely slow, and there were very few cashiers available to help the long line of customers waiting. I ended up waiting for nearly half an hour just to pay for my items, which was incredibly frustrating.

It's very very bad customer service at cigarette counter person on 26/02/2023. at 5:30pm. Showing too much attitude with very serious face. When I ask her can I use my gift car. I feel it's like some of racism. I don't know whats is my wrong if I ask about my Coles gift card. Its not good any more..

It is the largest supermarket in launceston. It is nice and convenient supermarket. Easy parking, easy access to shop. It has mochi, macarons, coffee, and fresh orange juice.

Even though I have given Coles 5 stars I'm comparing it to the rest in Launceston it's the best in the city, it has plenty of space, fruit and veg isn't too bad and now they have finished doing the building up it looks nice and modern, plenty of parking not as much as the Coles down near kmart but good enough.

Always a safe option for a weekly grocery shop. Click and collect is hit and miss with having what you want in stock, and giving you unrealistic substitutes instead. But a good supermarket to do a physical shop. Plenty of parking with good flat access too.

poorly organised, dirty, always bits of plastic and cardboard boxes all over the floor. Staff always in the way unpacking stock when you’re trying to shop. could well be the worst coles stepped foot in. two stars only just.
