I have been self conscious about myself for a very long time and as soon as I finished my consultation with Dr Manu I felt more confident and comfortable in my skin. I was nervous going into the appointment and have rescheduled numerous amounts of time, Dr Manu made me feel safe and in good hands. The numbing needle used is a god send and I have very minimal bruising. I can’t wait to go back and see Dr Manu at CQ Skin again. Thank you for bringing this much needed service to our beautiful small town. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I’ve been going here for a while and haven’t really had issues until recently. I spend almost $1000 on 2 different services only to have them completely botched. I got tear through filler which was injected incorrectly leaving my with bruised, puffy and swollen eyes for weeks before having them dissolved. I made an appointment afterwards to have them checked and was told that the blood had mixed with the filler causing the swelling. The second appointment I was told that I had a reaction causing fluid build up. I ended up seeing a highly regarded injector in Brisbane who informed me that the filler was in fact injected into the wrong pole giving it the puffy swollen appearance and I need to have the dissolved. I made an appointment to have them dissolved but when I showed up they had no record of my appointment. I was still seen my the doctor but my filler wasn’t dissolved and I knew he only saw me so I wouldn’t get more frustrated at the situation. I had to go back for yet another appointment the finally have them dissolved. I contacted CQ Skin for a refund since I didn’t end up with what I paid for. They agreed and told me I’d receive a refund soon. Over 2 weeks lasted I still haven’t received a refund and now they’ve stopped responding to my enquires. I also had Botox done and ended up with spocking and my frown is still there, again this is due to being injected incorrectly. After having 2 lots of injectables done incorrectly I’m starting to question the ability and safety of this place. They can’t even take responsibility nor did they give me a honesty answer to what was causing all the swelling underneath my eyes. Instead they tried to blame my body instead of accepting that maybe they aren’t as skilled in injections as they should be.

I love that I am able to get night time appointments, it’s very helpful, I can imagine a lot of people in town agree.
