I ordered 2 X pizzas online and very specifically requested for half sauce and cheese, but when get to the store to pick up and noticed both pizza's still have full cheese and sauce. When asked the store assistant (Female) said that staff can't see the remarks on their screen however she is ok to make another but there is a waiting time of at least half an hour or more.I couldn't afford to wait as my daughter had friends waiting for the pizzas. So, I decided to pay and pick up the pizzas.This was happened before but I though they just forgotten to read the instructions, but this time they forgotten to read the instructions and in addition, been through a bad customer service as staff behaviour was very rude and making every excuse for their negligence.

Very rude person. I ordered 4 pizza paid full. When I come to collect after 39 mins they only had 2 done because there other 2 weren't available. When I told him to give solution he told me two return all and give refund. The franchise should be run by some body else

Worst pizza ever. They were around half an hour late. Pizza was so bad, not fresh at all. We ordered two Pizzas but only had a slice and chucked them. Spicy chicken pizza only tastes tomato puree. Never ever going to order from them again

Pizza hut glenwood gave us the wrong order. We asked for traditional base and they gave us this thin burnt pizza. We asked for a lemon sprite but they gave us normal sprite. When we called the store to complain, the guy was rude and was fighting with us.Reading other comments this doesn't seem uncommon for this store. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I ordered a thin and crispy large cheese pizza. What I got was a small doughy thick mess and the cheese had slipped off.Half the pizza was inedible. I tried calling but no answer. If I lived closer I'd have gone back. I think that's what they were banking on. I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone. I suggest that if you live in Glenwood go to the new pizza shop when it opens or go to kings Langley.

Oily, minimal topping when order a loaded pepperoni and pizza smashed through the box when received. Phoned hotline and was told “too busy, we’ll take your details and get back to you”! Two weeks later we’re still waiting!Don’t bother ordering from them!
