Anthony was great and so lovely to deal with. We had originally visited the Nunawading store to purchase a couch and did not get much help, when we did the sales assistant was quite short and seemed uninterested. We decided to leave and drive to Preston in hope we would have a better experience and we did the minute we walked in. Welcomed by staff, we were given adequate time to look around before we received assistance and purchased the couch we saw in Nunawading. Would definitely recommend going to the Preston store. Thanks to Anthony for all his help!

Anthony was very helpful. We checked stock yesterday, brought the family in today. Everyone loved the chairs. They are gorgeous, solid, modernist, perfect for us. Couldn't be happier. Delivery was available right away. Five stars!!

Anthony was very polite friendly and extremely helpful when we went shopping for our buffet at the Preston store.Anthony displayed excellent customer service and went beyond all expectations for us. The buffet size we wanted wasn’t on display, so he took it upon himself to find one in the warehouse and took us to see it to help us with our decision.Anthony provided us with a great offer and we are extremely grateful. We would happily return to buy another piece of furniture.

We visited the Adriatic Furniture store in Preston on Saturday. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly which is rare in retail these days.Anthony was very professional, patient and knowledge not to mention honest. He carefully took us through our purchase details, explaining delivery times and inclusions in detail. He was very friendly, professional and not pushy at all. Walked into store Anthony came to us after a few minutes giving us enough time to quickly look through store and came to us where we had stopped.He was ever so helpful showing us what worked with lounge and chairs and table.Colours that I may have not put together. I had Anthony assist me and his service was amazing. He explained all the pros and benefits in what my conditions were for a new couch and he also followed up and Carol then completed the transaction when I returned as Anthony had a day off. They genuinely helped with care and expertise.
