Buying a car from Nick and the team today was the easiest and most stress free process I've ever had on the car market. The team were helpful over the phone and even more so in person. Kim was able to provide me all the details before inspection and helped organise a time for a test drive.Within 5 minutes of arrival I was test driving the car I was after and 20 minutes later it was mine. Nick made the paper work easy and he knows the process extensively.The car was exceptional value and well cared for. Nick and Kim were both very helpful and down to earth. I wouldn't hesitate in paying the team another visit later down the track.

Wow! I have faith in car sales people as honest and real people again. I bought our car unseen over the phone from JAM, from a town where I couldn’t get reasonable service or a sound car for a reasonable price, and I couldn’t be more happy with the car we got from here. The whole process was very smooth and straightforward, including transportation of our car to our home town, also at a reasonable price. I don’t think we will ever bother to shop anywhere else. I was sceptical finding a used car lot with such good google reviews, but I get why. Really stellar service, super friendly and the easiest car buying experience and very patient while I waited on my bank to fund it all. 10/10 recommended.

Sounds corny but Nick has restored my faith in Used Car salesmen. Very knowledgeable about the Cerato I was buying, not pushy at all and lovely to deal with. It really was the most stress-free car purchase I have ever made. Got a great price on the car and the trade-in. I had a query a week later and Nick happily looked into it. They really do look after you. If I could I'd give them 6 stars!
