Very unhelpful, the guy that 'helped' me find what I wanted had next to no knowledge of the product I wanted - barely said a word and just blatantly didn't care.. the girl there avoides eye contact at all times.. arent you meant to be good with customer service and have a positive attitude? Never going back.

Great place, Great staff. Highly recommend going in and having a chat to them they are really helpful and knowledgeable about their products..

As usual below average customer service. No one acknowledged our presence or asked us what we needed. Just kept talking among themselves. This happens every single time I’ve been here.

best supplement knowledge given along with advice, not a typical supplement store, they actually care about what your goal is and want to help you achieve it and actually talk to you! they don't push unnecessary products to you that wont work. not intimidating to come into the store great atmosphere and great service from a lovely bunch of people :) would recommend going to :D

The team at ASN Cairns are amazing!!! The are extremely welcoming and very approachable. Incredible service and incredible knowledge. There is no need to feel daunted when walking into this supplement store. Just ask a simple question and you are likely to get the answer and more. :) These guys are full of info, so be prepared to pick their brains. Raine and the team do an awesome job and are simply a godsend for us athletes.

Firstly I would like to say ANSWER YOUR PHONE!This happens every time I call, no one ever answers the phone.No matter what time of the day it is with their trading hours whenever I call absolutely no one answers the phone. I’ve been shopping there for years now to this day it’s still happens.Most of the time I’m calling the shop to get a bit of advice and see if they have something in stock before I make my trip to the shop Because then it saves me a lot of time I don’t want to have to going to the shop and find out that the product isn’t there. when I can go somewhere else and find it or buy It online.Their customer service is about average depending on who is working on the day.The female is helpful and knowledgeable.

The team at ASN are always really great. Knowledgeable and willing to help.Special thank you to Tahlia who took the time to listen to my goals, answer more than one of my questions and gave great advice and recommendations, specific to what I am trying to achieve.
