In a world where I'm constantly let down by the inadequacy of others, I love this place.Proper traditional baking techniques, just excellent bakers. Most of the bakeries in Maitland are good, but this is next level.

Just brought two pies one was Curry pie it was burnt dry the meat no meat just like water came gushing out the other pie just as bad if I and my wife get sick I know when I'm coming back

Great country bakery which opens early six days a week. The tomato and onion pie I had was as good as I have ever had.

They made the best mud cake for my birthday. It was so moist. Never had one like it before.

Food always delicious. Service is friendly.

Popular bakery with a HUGE selection, including passionfruit cupcakes YAY! Everything is baked on the premises & you can taste the difference - it’s also nice to see into the enormous kitchen where the magic happens as you’re being served. There’s a fresh sandwich bar & several drink fridges & coffee/milkshakes etc, too. This place was recommended to me by the lovely ladies from Sweet By Design cake shop & I’m glad I took the tip! The spinach turnover was delicious & the orange poppyseed muffin wonderfully moist. The American brownies are the biggest brownies I’ve ever seen & the staff are careful to check if you are okay to eat nuts before you pay which is very helpful & considerate of them. I do wish they had a broader vegetarian/vegan range in the savoury hot foods. Everything was very reasonably priced & I will be back for more passionfruit cupcakes as they were yummy!
