Very disappointed - $85 for a lash lift that left my eyelashes clumpy and heaps of glue / residue left on my eyelid. Would not recommend.

I always get my brows threaded and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had! The lady was harsh, I had asked her to stop on 3 occasions because she was giving me rope burn, leaning on my skin and pinching it. My brows are not even nicely done or clean looking! Super disappointed! Not worth the 25$! Definitely not going back there

Used to be a very loyal customer of Anjalis, but have had a few bad experiences in a row, with the last one being the worst. Went to get my eyebrows threaded but you could tell that the beautician was very very inexperienced, I have been getting threading for many many years but it has never been that painful. Was crying during the process. Wasn't worth the pain either, has left my eyebrows very very obviously asymmetrical, to the point where I've been having to colour them in to disguise it. Not ever going back, very disappointing and especially since eyebrow hair takes a while to grow back into shape so I'm stuck looking very stupid

Got the eyebrow threading service done here the first time and was not very impressed. I told my threader I don't know what shape I wanted and she just said she'll follow my natural brow shape and I was okay with that. But what really surprised me was that she didn't even mark or draw anything on my brows and went for it, so basically her beauty standards was the only way to go about this - I hated that fact. I was super nervous and told her I didn't want my brows too thin, but guess what, it WAS too thin. I questioned about it and she only said it was fine and wasn't too thin over and over again, even though I was quite distressed about it. Finally, the threader said she will make it less thin, and I walked out with two uneven brows, had to comfort myself over a few days, and draw in the thinner areas. I am only giving two stars because the lady was quite patient with my concerns and I know this probably isn't their fault for this whole brow threading process. I hope this can change in the future and the service be more tailored to the customer's needs rather than just 'winging it' in a sense. For the meantime, I will not be going back.

I had the best experience here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and their services are just amazing! I recommend booking with Seema and Renu they are the best!

Firstly, I booked an appointment for infills and they charged me for a full new set they explained that it was because to much eyelashes had fallen out already which was not true. Anyways the appointment itself, the service needs work, somewhat unprofessional (chewing gum and burping) during appointment. I was extremely happy with the after result for about one day after it started falling out. It’s not been one week and almost everything has fallen out. Wont be coming back and dont recommend.
