I took in a highly distressed and confused cat that was wondering on the road and suffered a seizure. The staff kindly scanned for a microchip and were able to identify the owner.They kept the cat in for observation and were genuinely caring,which I appreciated immensely.

You guys have become all about up sell and money makers, I don’t believe you have the pets best interest at heart anymore. Also reception could do with a attitude check.

Dr Lisa was amazing with our 10 month old puppy and gave us valuable information. We liked that she opted for a more holistic approach rather than just medication. She also followed up a hour later to make sure everything was going okay, great service !

Take my baby visit Camden valley animal hospital ,all nurse and doctor were very nice , help me with everything they can .Dr Lisa explained everything to me and give me great suggestion , will take Yo-yo back here . Blood test around $250-$280, consulting fee on week day $85 /visit . tables and treatment cost extra /depends on situation . Nice and friendly staff , thank you !

Sadly, we did not have a good experience with this vet clinic. We were prepared to pay the higher prices they charge. What we were not prepared for was the lack of follow-up or care beyond the consultation. Our dog required treatment for an eye condition. We were also encouraged to have blood tests. We heard nothing for days after our visit. We called repeatedly to speak with Dr Caitlin Ticehurst who failed to get back to us with our blood results or to see how our dog had responded to her eye ointment. Not even a quick call to explain why we hadn't heard from them, after a week! We were happy with the initial consult, but it all went downhill after that. We will most likely not return, which is disappointing given that this was our first visit and we were trying them out with the hope they might become our regular vet.

Very caring and gentle vet! Our dog is a little anxious and they were so caring and knew how to calm her nerves. Thank you!

Excellent service, welcoming reception area, very friendly vet nurses, and a very approachable vet. Very accommodating too as I had the wrong date for our girls rabies vaccines but the staff still fitted us in.Would recommend highlyThank you

The people that Come here need to clean up there dog poo There are bags supplied as well as a bin How about respecting other people & doing the right thing

Came here today 1st time and couldn’t fault them my dachshund is not very good at the vets but Lisa was fantastic and looked after my girl so well thank you so much
