Organised via phone and online. No showed , didnt answer multiple phone calls and sms. Went elsewhere.On the reply below. I spoke on tue to a mark said 8 - 9 am. Booked online for 8 - 9. Tried to call 4 times. No response. Tried to sms , 2 times. No response. It was urgent , you were unreliable , wear it.

The first time I used this service it was excellent. The second time it was atrocious, like they hadn’t been at all. I’m not sure if they are outsourcing their work to to owner operator guys when they are busy but it wasn’t a sign written van just some beat up Hiace.

Service was exceptional, no hassles and extremely quick. Cannot fault their work, carpets were cheap carpets put in a rental 7 years ago but they look great after they were cleaned and all foot traffic stains were gone. Would highly recommend using this company again.

I have used Drymasters twice now and I will continue to use them. They know what they are doing and each tech sent out has been both knowledgeable and so professional offering advice on how to minimise stains etc and explaining the process of what they would be doing. Both times the jobs have been completed in such timely manner and at affordable rates!! Highly recommend!!

Had stubborn stains. Which I previously tried to get out myself DIY. Leave it to professionals this company is excellent. Reasonably priced.Thankyou Luke. Will highly recommend you. I found yous on Google and read your reviews and thought let's try you guys. Thankyou so much. I really appreciate it. Carpets look like new. Time to change the house around again when carpets dry. Lol

Had the guys from Drymaster Carpet Cleaning around this morning 12/04/2023. They arrived at the allocated time. Discussed my requirements and quickly and very professionally cleaned my lounges and rugs.Their price was very good value, and I couldn't be happier with their service.I highly recommend this business should you require them.
