So frustrating that they seldom have books needed and have to order every time. This year i got books from the shelf only to be told they were reserved and accidently put there! I then ordered even though they won't arrive before school starts and now i find out the wrong books were ordered so another delay. Poor customer service from senior staff but 1 star is for the young girls who were apologetic and nice.

As a School Librarian I have been dealing with Campion Education (previously Warrnambool Books), for many years. Yesterday I used the opportunity of being in town to visit and procure a glorious array of new books for our Secondary School Library. Due to Covid-19, I had not seen the staff for a long time so it was truly wonderful to see them all again. Being the wonderfully hospitable group they are we enjoyed some good conversation, and as usual, their service and advice to me was impeccable. A big thank you Craig, Robyn, Helen and Isaac.......keep up the great work.

Rang to ask if they had a book in stock and I could have printed a copy the time I was on hold ...pretty pathetic ...actually I hung up after 15 minutes

Service was poor. Wanted to charge a fee to get multiple items from out the back that were not on the shelf.
