We had a great experience moving today. The whole experience from booking is great, they were punctual, courteous and took great care with our furniture. Reasonable rates. Very professional fast movers.

Awesome crew of guys. They were on time, friendly, they were very careful with my furniture and made sure everything was okay before they left. Over all, they were the best removalists I have ever used and I would highly recommend to anybody else.

They ran late. Accept that. On getting to the property they could not get the ensemble beds up the stairs. Told me to buy new beds. Damaged walls. After they left my three sons (all early 20's and not professional movers) managed to get all 3 ensembles up the stairs without touching any walls within half and hour. Felt overcharged had to pay for the time they took in not completing job. Phoned Sam to advise we had got beds upstairs. Save your money and hire professional removers. Also, had to pay for the wall they damaged.

Rip off. Do not recommend. I asked Sam for an explanation as to why I was overcharged as the fee did not match the quote provided and there has been no response. I asked for a copy of my receipt three times and I still have not received this. Do not trust these guys. They didn’t show up for my scheduled day/time and they did not call to advise me of any changes. When I called them they delayed the time, claiming that two guys had covid (if you check the online forums for reviews this excuse has been used with other customers). They ended up cancelling on me later that day and rebooked for the following day. I had to request an earlier time as I was worried I would not be out of the property on time and didn’t feel confident that they wouldn’t cancel on me again. The only positive thing I can say is that the two removalists that came on the day were very good. I would recommend trying other companies.

Sam and his team were very efficient and pleasant and took good care of the items being moved. They communicated effectively throughout the process. Good value for money, I would recommend.
