It does the job. Not many other self service bays in the area. Can get busy on weekends and there's an informal honor system where cars queue" in the waiting bays. Can get frustrating when people drive right up the entry ramp to the centre and "cut" in line when a bay is free.Other than that

Good self carwash. Strong water pressure from gerni and easy instructions. The pay system looks more advanced than others I've seen. I like the downlighting too for a cheeky photo of my pride and joy.

Don’t go on a weekend. You will wait over an hour. Chaotic set up. People spend 25 mins washing their car because they’ve waited so long. Fights break out over who goes next and people try and jump the queue. Bought car washing products following our visit and will wash at home from now.

Nothing beats a self-wash car wash! I was pretty gutted when the old DIY car wash in Marrickville got knocked down to build apartments - for someone who loves washing their car and having to do it on a low powered hose at home was annoying - so I was very very happy when this place opened up. Most info has been answered in other reviews, but it charges $1 a minute…I found to completely clean my 4x4 (and I’m pretty thorough so take my time) i spent $30…if I was going to vacuum I imagine $40.

Based in shopping centre carpark. One of the few self-serve car washes close to the city. Remember - when busy, you need to calmly wait in the reserved parking spots opposite the wash stations. Witnessed instances of aggression between drivers as to who had first right" to wash base. Just make eye contact with other drivers while waiting so you can agree who goes next. No biggie. Otherwise

Not to bad the team take good care of your car & wash it in a timely manner. Unfortunately the site is a bit cramped , but they seem to manage. Well priced aswell, I'll definitely be back...

Very happy to discover this four-bay self serve car wash. It cost me only $12 and 10 minutes to wash my Prius (outside only, I cleaned interior from home. I moved my wet car into a park spot to clear the car wash and spent an extra 10 minutes drying the car with my own towel).There is no signage as to how to queue and all the bays were taken when I arrived. I guessed/worked out to park in a spot opposite and wait for the next available bay. I was the only one waiting. Not sure what I’d have done if someone inadvertently or intentionally queue jumped. That would be my only hesitation in recommending this great service.

A great self serve car wash. The water pressure here is quite high, which makes washing your vehicle that much easier. The vacuum bay is part of the wash bay, which can be an inconvenience during peak times. It's pricey compared to other self serve car washes at $1.00 for 60 seconds, but the high pressure makes up for it. It's $5.00 to start. Can take EFTPOS at $5.00 increments with a minimal surcharge.The facilities were clean and well maintained. There was plenty of parking away from the car wash to do the final detail and clean.The place conveniently located in Marrickville Metro car park means there is plenty of light, and you are not subject to external conditions

I always wondered how these DIY car wash's worked. As you will read via the other reviews this is a timed service. The current rate as of June 2023 is $6 per 5 minute increment. Depending on how thorough you want to be, you will need at least 10 minutes ($12) however an express 5 minute wash is possible if you can be super quick and/or have someone else helping you. The time goes quick though!As from the photos, you need to select which function you want at any given time. I selected the high pressure rinse, foaming brush and high pressure rinse again. I also had time to do my wheels relatively thoroughly. The pressure is excellent.You then need to drive your car out of the wash bay to a free waiting bay where you can chamois/dry your car.Personally, I think an IMO machine wash is better value as it's $11 and you don't have to do any of the work! This is still a reliable alternative and is open till late which is handy.
