We found Ash and Triple O Finance Team through an online platform.Ash set up an interview with me and obtained all our financial requirements and objectives.The Initial application was for refinance of our family home for a better interest rate and some debt consolidation. Ash and his Team reviewed our application and provided us with a very competitive interest rate along with the cash back offer.Few months post our refinance settlement, we ended up liking a property which we then proceeded to sign the contract of sale. We had not got our finance approved at that stage and the Real Estate Agent advised that we should do so soon. We reached out to Ash and his Team and knowing that we were on a time clock, they got onto it without delay. Ash and Jill liaised with the Real Estate Agent and my Solicitor to keep them updated on the Finance Application process. Our involvement initially leading upto the Formal Approval was kept minimum.However with us being located in Tasmania, most of the settlement process was manual and this took longer than we expected.
