My experience at Luv hair was amazing. Stella was the best, she’s so patient and she done the best cornrows on my hair. I’ve got really short straight hair and even thought it’s hard to do cornrows on it she still done an exceptional job. The place is clean and I felt very comfortable. I received so many compliments about my hair and I really don’t want to take it out. Even though I called last minute she still took me in which I really do appreciate. Overall, I recommend this salon to anyone who wants to do braids. Thank you so much for your service

The best afro saloon in town , I live in the city and travel down just to get my hair done here because I don’t trust anyone else with my hair . I have tried most salons in Sydney but this one is the best. Stella is amazing. She is patient, knowledgeable and very talented. She got me looking like a million bucks . My hair is really short and didn’t think much could be done for it but wow I am beyond ecstatic with she’s done for me. Will definitely be back .thank you Stella

Worst dreadlocks maintenance. Told me to use things i didn’t want to, several times. For what usually takes 4 hours they did in 40 min. Charged me 180$ . Wont come back

I was charged an extra $50 with no mention at the start about this extra cost, felt I had no choice but to pay it. The service wasn’t worth what I paid $200. Won’t be going back.

Customer service has been terrible both times I have visited.On the last occasion, they would not allow me to enquire any specific details about the product I wanted to buy (not even the brand name of the human hair weave they use). No variety of products.While in store I watched her decline a customer's request to have his hair braided a particular way, which he thought would suit him better.Would highly recommend making the extra drive to Blacktown or Newtown salons instead, as this store is definitely not interested in accomodating customer requests. They are not interested in your business, only in making their job easier.

I came into LUV Hair for braiding and i couldn’t have asked for a better service. The results were exactly what i was expecting and the braids lasted for weeks with same quality as day one. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you LUV Hair !
