It is a lovely place with friendly staff ,has a lovely section of hot food cooked ready for you to eat..

Some good stuff but usually whoever is behind the deli (a young lady with brown hair) is quite rude and always have to wait to be served. Tend to walk away.Coffee is absolutely horrid and taste worse than fortOverpriced as usualAlways run out of productsExtra star for some hard to find things and scratches at the front but that’s about it

I don't appreciate purchasing a cooked food item that was rock hard due to sitting in the hot box for 4 hours.Despite this apparently being acceptable by the regulations, it most certainly wasn't palatable.When approached, the Management passed the buck to the Food Manufacturer without any hesitation or resolution offered.

If you put a price on the wrong item you should honour the price, not find lame excuses why the ticket was meant for something else.Frequently your specials dont reflect the register price even when you put the ticket on the correct item.Seems trivial over 50 cents, but you guys are frequent offenders.You waste my time.

IGA Redcliffe (trading name: SNK PTY LTD) is not honest in dealing, they put a low price sign to the products on shelf to entice customers, at check out the price turned out to be a higher price, if you didn’t check that, the gap is their profit, when you found out the problem, they only return you the difference, their cost to cheat is zero, the gain is unlimited, if 100 customers didn't found out, they signed the code of conduct but not following agreement, If follow that will mess up our account book“

Today I have asked for one medium size hotbox meal I pick two choices into one hotbox for chicken bake and beef. He priced tag twice as much was before almost $15. I told him the price got it wrong. I asked young woman to check to see if the price was right. She said, yes that’s right the price is right. I explained but I have always come in buy hotbox meals for over $8 for the last few years. She said, Yes, I know but the price have changed. I was shocked and I have told them “blow that I isn’t going to buy that” I isn’t coming back I’ll go somewhere else. Is not good time for family during the “Cost of Living” charging that much for twice as much. This is so wrong.
