Medimart Brighton

We went to medimart Brighton today as I was looking for a walking frame for my mum the man that served us was very helpful he gave us top notch service I would recommend this service for anyone looking for equipment for elderly people

Nice store, appalling service. Uninterested attendant didn't help at all. Shame to have an employee for this kind of job where caring is very important.

APPALLINGLY bad service! Paid over $7,000 for goods on 1st June - took 6 days just to receipt the funds before the order was even processed!Was told there might be a couple week wait as 1 item needed to be ordered. Several weeks later I emailed to enquire as to the progress of the order. Got no response. I was then told several days later that the items were all ready to be delivered, but were just waiting on payment. When I pointed out that payment had been made almost a month earlier, I was then advised that it appeared one item may not have been ordered.Asked for a refund and even that took almost a week!Have complained to management and they can't be bothered responding to my email.Just don't go there - service and systems throughout right up to management is absolutely appalling! My dear old friend essentially just loaned his money to this company for over a month, to sit in their bank account instead of his.And the managing director of the company can't be bothered responding to my email complaint regarding the service! Care factor - zero.

Recently after having a sleep study elsewhere I was referred to Medi-mart Brighton through a friend. Staff were very helpful with the hire of a Resmed CPAP machine, exchanging the facemasks to find the right fit and answering all my questions and it's why I didn't hesitate buying a machine from them after the trial. I would highly recommend this store and company in Adelaide.

Placed a click and collect order, anywhere else this means drive in and collect in a few hours. 10 days later still waiting. Received email stating items would be released when payment verified. THIS IS NOT CLICK AND COLLECT

Very disappointed with their service. Useless service. Orders never arrive on time. Their computer systems seems super complicated to use. They used to have great staff when they opened. Then went down hill. I referred numerous NDIS clients there. Which I have now had to refer to other providers due to very poor customer service. Unreliable

Can not thank Paul and Kimberly of Medimart Hove enough. They dealt with a very difficult customer (My Ma) professionally and with courtesy and Respect. I'm hugely grateful gor thier assistance. Having been thier several time recently I'm really impressed with the store in General. Thank you

I recently visited MEDIMART requiring service and I found it very refreshing to find somewhere ( a rarity nowadays ) that I came away from totally satisfied. Service was efficient, friendly, accommodating and compassionate.
