I would recommend asking & waiting for when Sue is available. Sue was easy to discuss my concerns with the restoration being carried out. I appreciated her professionalism & friendliness. It’s unfortunate that I can not say the same for Fay, hence why I can not give 5 stars. I could go on but I won’t.

The team at Doo Town are fantastic. Extremely helpful with frame and matting selections and very accommodating for out of town customers like myself. I’ve had over 10 items framed there now ranging from artworks, to photographs and cross stitch and all of them have been meticulously framed with high quality workmanship. In addition to that Nicki sells her own wood work art in store, which is also beautiful. I purchased a few as gifts for friends and they are much loved.I highly recommend Doo Town Townsville for all you framing and art needs.

⭐ Amazing friendly service. Great quality framing ⭐They were patient even though I changed my mind several times, they took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The shop is clean and well presented with a wide variety of framing options. The price seemed standard for custom framing, i loved that they had UV protection glass available.Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This is truly the best place to go in townsville for quality picture framing.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly and helpful staff that are very proficient at their framing trade and also have a great working knowledge of art supplies. I've had several original art pieces framed by them now and would highly recommend their services, particularly with upcycling antique frames and the fact that they prefer to use clarity glass. It may be a little more expensive than regular glass but the cost is worth it when it comes to preserving ink and/or watercolour paintings.
