STIHL Shop Melton

Customer service is non existent, Will drive distance so do not get messed around by the Stihl Shop Melton. Go to another Sthil shop as this store is completely incompetent.

Wanted to get my mower serviced, called told come in in 2 weeks, went in they asked for my details and said they'd call back, another week and I haven't heard anything, going to call Bacchus Marsh mowers and see if they can service my mower

Great place to shop for a saw - Tim was excellent and had great product knowledge

I have not had a great experience dealing with this business this time around.I gave them my rideon mower to do a service on and whilst they were looking at it I asked that they replace the blades and the belts if they needed it and check the tranmissions operation as it seem to have a hard time climbing their driveway into their workshop.I ask the turnaround and was told that I should have it back the following weekend (which was fine by me)Two weeks later and I rang then to see what was happening the gave me some excuses which I took on board and thry said that they'd get the mechanic to ring me.Eventually he did gave the cost of the work and said it was readyI told him that I would pick it up on Saturday morning so I sent and hired a tilt trsilor to collect my machine.I paid for it and read the job card.Wow they just did a basic service no blade replacement nor any thing mentioned about the belts.I told the guy thos was supposed to be aprt of the work as the machime wasnt cutting very wellHe was apologetic,I told him that wasnt good enough,I hired a trailer to bring it home,waisted time doing going to and from the hire joint and their shop.Os this typical of Stihl shops as I had the same exerience with the one in Ararat with my chainsaw,false/misleading info on timeframes to get jobs done

With having been a previous customer I am always very happy when I get my chainsaws serviced and they always offer to help me on any way possible afterwords this business is always happy to help me whenever I need.10/10 would recommend
