Located within Campbelltown shopping mall. Great collection of household, clothing, cosmetic and other accessories items. Well stocked and organised. Bit short staffed but manageable. Reasonable prices. We visited from Parramatta and were not disappointed with the stocks.

Called the store yesterday as I realised I had left an item at the self serve checkout. Spoke with Lyla and she was so helpful in helping me out. After viewing the cameras she was able to establish I did leave it behind ( most placed would have just said no, don’t have it) so I was able to go in and pickup today.Thankyou Lyla for the great customer service, I have worked in retail for 47 years and know that positive feedback is rare so once again a big THANKYOU….

Shining Star at Kmart Campbelltown!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kmart Campbelltown, and I must say, it was an exceptional shopping experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a bright and friendly face named Mia at the front self-checkout (SCOs). As a former Kmart employee myself, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service, and Mia truly exceeded all expectations. She patiently assisted me with any questions I had and guided me through the self-checkout process with ease. Her extensive product knowledge and ability to multitask efficiently ensured that the checkout process was quick and hassle-free. Kudos to Mia for being an exceptional asset to the Kmart team!

Worst customer service I have ever seen in Sydney. Their staff is very rude and they need customer service training for sure. Seems like they’re customers enemy. Their attitude is terrible. However, Manager seems to be helpful. I had an argument today at their Service desk at around 4:35pm. I hope someone will check the camera/ video/ audio.

Why is the stock allwasy wrong you look something up on line it say yes instock and it's green so you know it's not low stock but you go in shop and nothing you ask staff and thay laugh you expect that to be right wot is the point wast of space

Terrible service. They kept telling me to go to the service desk so I went to the desk that I thought I was supposed to go to. Which was the wrong place and no one corrected me and told me I was going to the wrong desk or even pointed me in the direction of the correct desk.The staff there need retraining. They shouldn’t assume the customer knows exactly where to go, especially new people to the area.

Their staff is very rude. I think her name is Marybelle, I’m not sure if I spell it right. But she was incharge in the paying station yesterday (February 11, Saturday) around 8:30pm. She keep on rolling her eyes when we asked for assistance. And we were explaining something but she didn’t even reply and she didn’t even say excuse me or whatever she has to say. I think she’s not happy with her work. Not everyone is rude but the one we encountered which Marybelle is very rude. I hope the management will take action.

Very nice workers, and place is always clean, one lovely lady always stands out to me she is young and quite tall with black hair, i think she goes by the name “Olivia”, well she is always very helpful whenever i come in and to other customers and always smiling and welcoming. very respectful, keep up the good work.

I needed a donut cushion as I had hurt my back and Jessica at the entrance said she would check if they had one to save me a walk. They did but I could not find it. So went back to her and she said she would get someone to bring me one. So nice when shop staff are helpful instead of trying to ignore you.
