Unreal customer service great prices and Luke is very knowledgeable and looks after his customers

I don’t normally leave bad reviews for anything… however I can’t let this one go.Luke from Jim’s Pool Care Thornton has been taking care of our pool for just over a year. Generally a likeable friendly guy, I never really had any complaints. That said I’m rarely home when he comes to do the service.However, I was at home when he came the last time. He was there for less then 10 minutes, he tested the water, added calcium and used my own chemicals. He did not touch the pool. When he left, the skimmer basket was full of leaves and he hadn’t even attempted to clean the pool it’s self, in the very least I would have thought that he would have put my vacuum on…. Within minutes of him leaving I received a $93 invoice…..I sat on that invoice for longer then I would normally as I was angry and considering cancelling… after receiving a reminder, I paid the invoice as the money is not the issue, it’s the lack of job being completed that is. I then sent a message to Luke voicing my concerns. I don’t believe that I was cancelling the service, I was actually hoping he would apologise for my dissatisfaction and assure me it wouldn’t happen again. Feedback is what I would call it. Instead he merely told me he was cheaper then his competitors and to let m v e know if he could be if assistance in the future.Floored…I would pay twice that invoice if the job was done properly or even at all! You are not actually cheaper if you charge for a service you didn’t actually do. That is called being a rip off…. Customer service here is non existent. I’m extremely disappointed and I will most definitely be telling everyone I know to steer clear…

Had pump replaced. Luke was on-time and super helpful & personable. Was very thorough & efficient. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Luke is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him for your pool service. He is very keen to make your pool sparkle

Luke provides great service. Made sure he was available same day. Extremely knowledgeable. Fixed the problem in minutes and wouldn’t charge me. Great guy. Great job.
